Jody West

Jody entered the real estate profession in 1972 selling residential real estate in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. In 1978 Jody and family moved to the Cariboo to sell ranches, farms and recreation properties. In 1983, Jody with husband, Jim and son, Travis moved to the quiet Mountain resort of Whistler and sold property throughout the Sea to Sky Corridor. Jody and Jim discovered Gabriola Island and like so many others, moved here for the lifestyle change in 1996.

As a consistent top producer, Jody has been awarded Master Diamond and Executive Club memberships, as well as Vancouver Island Real Estate Achievement Awards for 1999 through 2003.

Jody has spent her life time making “OTHER PEOPLES GOALS COME TRUE”.

Volunteer Work has also been a big part of Jody’s life. She has been a member of the Dancing Man Music Festival, the Tourism Committee, Director and Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Director on the Power Squadron.

Emily West

Emily and husband, Travis are long time residents of Gabriola.  They built their
Island home in 1997 and son, Clayton, was born in 2001.  Travis is a local builder.

Emily is a successful realtor with the additional knowledge of a sub-mortgage
broker's course from UBC.  She also is an active member in the community,
volunteering as Vice President of the Ride-Free Society, Vice President of Gabriola
Pre-School, started a baseball team and does a lot of donation canvassing.
